Job Title: Sales Representative
At Microkernel, we specialize in delivering professional software products, solutions, and services to individuals, enterprises, and government entities. Our flagship product, Contributor, offers a trusted community platform with a wide array of personal, professional, social media, and e-commerce services.
Currently, we are seeking dedicated sales representatives to identify and engage clients within various industries including Social, Movie, Music, News, Sport, Book, Shop, House, Job, Hotel, Flight, Restaurant, Car, Religion, School, Art, and Game sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively engages with customers to understand their needs and effectively promotes and sells products.
- Manages and maintains existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities to establish new accounts by strategically planning and organizing daily work schedules to visit potential sales outlets and trade factors.
- Tailors sales presentations to suit the specific needs and preferences of each sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts on maximizing revenue potential by analyzing existing and potential customer/client volumes.
- Keeps management informed by regularly submitting detailed activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Identifies opportunities for product, service, and policy enhancements by evaluating results and monitoring competitive developments.
- Addresses customer complaints promptly and effectively by thoroughly investigating issues, developing appropriate solutions, preparing comprehensive reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains up-to-date professional and technical knowledge through attendance at educational workshops, review of professional publications, establishment of personal networks, and active participation in professional societies.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
